Bread Automatic Laminator Laminator 6 Rolls (Automatic Bread Baker) is specially designed for sheeting dough. When this machine located adjacent to semi automatic rotating baking machine, the baker transfers the cut dough on the baking surface handy so not necessary to kneading dough. Also, when Laminator located at the head of automatic tunnel oven, dough is transferred on baking surface automatically. In this machine, dough thickness is adjustable and speed regulated by inverter.
Extruder (Automatic Bread Baker) located at the head of automatic tunnel oven that designed to extrude consistent flow of dough on conveyor. Equipped with inverter to adjust output of dough. The nozzle that installed on extruder can be made in 1, 2 or 3 rows.
Automatic Cooling Band is located at the end of automatic or semi automatic tunnel baking machine that transfers bread to packing area. Cooling operation is done by some fans and speed of conveyor is adjustable by inverter.
Industrial Bread Fermentation Room is perfect for proofing formed dough at humid and warm cabin. Different dimension are available and structure can be made according to customer’s requirements as steel and stainless steel with furnace collar. All of Proofer Cabinets made double jacket. Temperature and humidity are adjustable in case of having steam generator.
